The SEQT Young Researchers Symposium (YRS) has consolidated over the years as a flagship meeting for early-career researchers in Medicinal Chemistry and related disciplines. Across its previous editions, the symposium has provided a dedicated forum for PhD students, postdoctoral researchers and young group leaders to present their work, exchange ideas and build professional networks within a supportive and dynamic environment.
Past editions have featured high-quality scientific programmes, including keynote lectures by established scientists, short oral communications selected from abstracts, and poster sessions with strong participation. A distinctive feature of the YRS has been its emphasis on discussion, mentoring and interaction, encouraging active engagement between junior and senior researchers.
The growing participation and positive feedback from attendees reflect the success of the YRS as a platform to promote scientific excellence, visibility and collaboration among the next generation of researchers in medicinal chemistry.
